Lisa Medley is a dynamic leader and gifted executive coach passionate about using her knowledge and expertise to address the challenges Black women face in the workplace. With a corporate career that spanned more than 16 years, her experience as a senior executive at a Fortune 50 financial institution gave a clear understanding of the gaps that exist for women of color seeking to advance into leadership roles. She is committed to helping Black women lead with confidence, build resilience, and gain more influence.
As the founder of Lisa Medley Executive Coaching (LMEC), a global executive coaching firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC, she provides professionals and teams a safe space to assess their strengths and opportunities, build their strategic advantage, and expand their contributions through strong leadership. One of just 24 individuals holding a Masters of Science in Executive Coaching, Lisa is a certified Executive Coach through the ICF, the leading global organization for coaches. Dedicated to her craft, she holds an additional coaching certification through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
She has served clients at some of the world’s top corporations including Amazon, Capital One, Lyft, Facebook, Salesforce, and US Bank. She’s also been a featured Coach at the Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit, National Organization of Minority Architects, and the International Coach Federation Charlotte.
